Not surprised

Having decided that his job is too tough, President Barack Hussein Obama quits and hits the road and a snag when his "not really a re-election campaign" campaign bus was burgled and his Teleprompter stolen.

Mr Obama was left speechless.

Update:  Maybe they should look here for the culprits.

Update:  While we're on the topic of those archetypes of civic virtue, Mr Soetoro, maybe before you endorse them, you should see who else is on their side.  I guess our Barry is a uniter after all.

And who are they when the MSM isn't sanitising their image?
Our research shows clearly that the movement doesn’t represent unemployed America and is not ideologically diverse. Rather, it comprises an unrepresentative segment of the electorate that believes in radical redistribution of wealth, civil disobedience and, in some instances, violence. Half (52%) have participated in a political movement before, virtually all (98%) say they would support civil disobedience to achieve their goals, and nearly one-third (31%) would support violence to advance their agenda.
And, of course, there are gems like this. And this. Not quite the Tea Party.

This is what the Political Class has sunk to supporting.  Is Mr Dunham so desperate and out of touch that he truly believes that he can march to re-election by running out ahead of a load of Marxist hippies and pretending that he's their leader?  While being the biggest recipient of Wall Street donations?  That his backers won't notice?

We are deep into Downfall video territory here.  I give it a month before the first one hits Youtube.

Update It looks like his support isn't appreciated.

Update: Gah!  They got the wretched things back!

Maybe when the hordes of feral losers start torching cars, the French will start liking us. You know, because we've taken up their national sport. Actually, that doesn't sound so good. I should start pouring ketchup on more things that I eat.

Barry and the Democrats are playing with fire in not putting this down while the putting is good.

When questioned about the theft, the President reportedly said; "Ummm, errr, errr, ummm, ummm, errr", sounding strangely similar to an old rusty Chrysler trying to start with a dying battery.
Which ironically is an appropriate metaphor for the entire administration

As for The One's and Pelosi's support for the OWSniks, keep in mind that what the Zucotti Park crowd is shouting mostly consists of leftist cliches' they learned from their college professors. And which those professors are constantly parroting to each other in the faculty lounge and at cocktail parties, to loud cheers from their peers.

Pelosi talking about "the Establishment" when she's part of same is a perfect example of the disconnection from reality that passes for "enlightened social consciousness" with the modern liberal crowd. They are still determined to "Bring Down The Man!"- even when they're him.

As for the financial wizards, don't forget that they consider themselves "fiscally conservative but socially liberal". However, when the Zucotti Cong started talking about "extreme measures" and The One basically said "Right On!", the Wall Street liberals began to wonder if they hadn't bought a pig in a poke with this President. (Note from Main Street to Wall Street; Yep.)

As for the Democratic Party, whatever its rank and file may think, its leadership is basically academic/institutional hardcore left. To them, this is a "golden moment" in their dream of a march to a Soviet-style "Radiant Future". And what anybody else thinks just isn't important to them.

What we are seeing is radical-progressive groupthink run totally amok. If we're very lucky, it
will blow up in the "progressives'" collectivist faces.

Who wants popcorn?

cheers
