The Dune colouring book

If you thought that the David Lynch version of Dune was bizarre, then you haven't seen the merchandising campaign.

That's bizarre.

I think DUNE was sold to studio execs who never read the novel as "the next STAR WARS." Which to them meant massive merchandising aimed at kids. Because that's what science fiction is all about, right?
