The Consumer's Association magazine has been know as, and written as, "Which?" for as long as I can remember, and I've been a member since 1969.
Sorry, doesn't matter. Which magazine can call itself "Which?" until the cows come home, but as far as any competent copy editor is concerned, using the question mark in text is a sign of base incompetence. It's like doing a story about Macy's and replacing the apostrophe with a little star the way the department store does. What do you do in the case of Yahoo, which insists on being called "Yahoo!"? Print headlines saying "record profits for Yahoo!"? Hardly.
Moral: If you want a logo, take out an advertisement.
