Not Required On Voyage

How does patriotism rate at the BBC? Look no further.

In March 2005, Private Johnson Beharry won the Victoria Cross for his valiant efforts in Iraq on two separate occasions when, with extreme bravery, he rescued a foot patrol that had come under heavy enemy fire and then a month later when his Warrior vehicle was struck by a rocket attack and he was able to bring his machine and crew to safety despite suffering severe personal injuries.

The BBC has decided to cancel the teleplay about his story because it is "too positive."

Can't have the Auntie supporting Britain against a brutal enemy, old boy. Just not done.

If I may surmise the exchange between reporter and editor:

"Soldier recieves VC!? Pfft...what kind of story are we selling here? You'd think there were some kind of...*war*...going on!"

"So sorry, sir, terribly so. Oh, secular humanism, what was I thinking?"

"What were you, indeed? We're not in the buisness of isolating *any* audience except for patriots and Christians, got that? Now what do you have in the 'hell-comes-to-breakfast' category?"

"Just these forty-three pre-penned articles, sir. Car bombs and the like."

"We air in five. Have it printed in three. And watch yourself next time. We're biased activists, don't you know!"

typical BBC, they are traitors, it is a constant anti-western/anti-british/anti-monarchist/anti-tax cutting etc...drone in the nations background.

Highly unhealthy!
