Camping. At the gym (after a shower, wet with water isn't as icky as wet otherwise). For traveling. Thousand and one uses. Of course, unless you're planning on burning your old pair, or on tossing it in the airport trashcan, you don't actually save space over a plastic bag with a clean pair of shorts inside. (And now it occurs to me that the Scots have been Green in this respect for eons.)
The future strikes again!
Now mothers will say "do you have clean underwear? Because if you don't you might get in an accid..."
Only to be met with the sound of little Tommy jingling the tins in his pocket and saying; "no worries here mom!"
