With all the concern about Iran preoccupying the civilised world, North Korea is determined to show that there's more than one suicidal megalomaniac on the block (and that all those jokes about Kim Jong Il having No Dong are not funny) by test launching an ICBM capable of reaching the United States.
Where is Team America when we need them?
