Death With Indignity

The Telegraph reports on a terrorist web site based in Britain where 45 Muslim doctors threatened to blow up naval bases and "clubs for naked women" in the vicinity of Jacksonville, Florida.

I guess that's what happens when you start treating the Hippocratic Oath as "guidelines."

Didn't some of the "Magnificent 19" attend men's clubs before their big day?

Research, I suppose.

This is something which mystifies me: why can't messages to these terrorist Web sites be traced?

Well, anonymous, (May I call you Gary?)

Because the internet is not like a truck, but more like a series of tubes.

*************

But seriously, you bring up a valid point.

Even though nobody owns the internet, someone owns those big expensive machines the internet passes through.

Laugh or cry at the following:

Not too long ago criminals sent me emails posing as my Internet Provider!

My Internet Provider was placing in my inbox emails with their address that they didn't send.

THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT!

They are my connection to the internet and couldn't (or wouldn't) differentiate emails originating in their building and in Hellholeistan!

Maybe Internet 2.0 will have that feature.

Jay, that was quite possibly the best comment ever.

Would you like a medal or cookie?

And no cookie-medal or metal cookie jokes, either.

Can't eat a medal.
