Green & Merciless

A polar bear cub at the Berlin zoo was rejected by its mother. A keeper took the forsaken cub home, nurtured it, let it sleep by him, bottle fed it, and even played the guitar for it. The cub has flourished and has been taken to the hearts of the people of Berlin.

So, naturally, animal rights activists say, "kill it."

There was a similar article on Fox this morning, where "animal rights activist" Frank Albrecht is quoted as saying (emphasis added):

"If a polar bear mother rejected the baby, then I believe the zoo must FOLLOW THE INSTINCTS OF NATURE," Albrecht said. "In the wild, it would have been left to die."

I want those words chiseled into stone tablet and bronzed.
