Other than that weird raised nose thing it looks pretty neat. I do wonder what kind of rear view you have out of it.

I'd say 'none'.

No side mirror either.

I'm guessing video cameras.
Is the display where the rear view mirror SHOULD have been?

There should be a memory stick video recorder connected to it to record collisions.

That's funny, I hadn't heard of Robert Q Riley in years. I just ran across a set of the hybrid car plans I bought from his company through Popular Mechanics or Popular Science or one of those in 1981. I guess someone must have built one, although the plans I have are for a VW based conversion.

One Google search later and he's still selling the "Urba Town Car" plans, but they aren't $20 anymore!

I saw ads for an electric car that used the starter motor of a jet aircraft.
1960s...1970s Popular Science.
I doubt if any were actually built.
