I'm trying to figure out the guns they have, so far I'm guessing Madsen SMGs with fixed stocks. Looks a little like an MP40 with a bobbed off magazine. So far (20 minutes in) there hasn't been a very good shot of them
JOURNEY TO THE 7th PLANET is not an inherently bad film; the basic plot is a ripoff of Ray Bradbury's "Mars Is Heaven". It's just a very uneven and faulty execution of a basically solid idea.
There are more things in Heaven and earth, David... um, to thine own self be true?... uh, I really can't decide what I think about this...
I agree with buzz. Looks like enough material for a short story or Twilight Zone episode (not pessimistic enough for Bradbury, though), padded out to minimum running length. Andrew Borntreger (sorry, don't know his rank/proper title) has a review on badmovies.org---

But they did such a great job with "Reptillicus".
Yeah, I can see why

All valid points, gentlemen, but I must draw attention to two words in rebuttal: John Agar.
The prosecution rests its case.
"Ever wonder why we don't see more Danish science fiction films?
Wonder no more."
I've seen "Reptilicus". I stopped wondering a long time ago. :)
