Whose Country Is It?

Dr. Muhammad Abdul Bari, chief of the Muslim Council of Britain, has his own ideas about who should do the assimilating in British society.

However, he does not think that Muslims should adopt too many British practices; Britain should espouse many more Muslim traditions, he says.

I do hope Dr. Bari knows what he can do with his suggestions, and if he does not care for the fundamental nature of British society, I recommend that he move to a country that is more in line with his views.
