Via Last of the Few we have this film from 1978 that features a bumper's eye view of an insane car trip through Paris. It's supposed to be a sort of underground classic, but frankly it looks like every taxi ride I've ever had in Paris.

Breathless - used to ride BritBikes through cities and mountains in a similar manner, now it's a Ducati Monster. It reminded me of A Man And A Woman - also French - before the race scenes were removed for the home viewing version. Saw it with some friends, noticed people behind us chuckling, and realized we were all leaning into the corners - Hah! Buck in Phoenix
