Fishy lights

A Japanese aquarium uses an electric eel to power Christmas lights.

At last, something to do with them in between employee evaluations and dealing with unusually persistent visitors.

The Sea Life aquarium in Helsinki, Finland does the same.

Finally we have found a 100% renewable and pollution-free source of electricity.

True. Of course, the piranha clean up after themselves, even after having fresh side of Helga Brandt.

Baron Frankenstein had that one covered a long time ago. All it takes is a good thunderstorm.

As David Gerrold once said, lightning would make one h**l of a murder weapon if you could figure out how to aim it.
