Today, they'd all be rounded up by Homeland Security. Hell, the current administration doesn't even want NASA to play with rockets.

You only have fun until someone loses an eye; argal, if the thing ends with everybody's eyes intact, fun must not have been had.
Analogously, what kinds of fun must be possible when impalement is a possibility!
