Chimpanzee cinema

From the BBC:
The world's first film shot entirely by chimpanzees is to be broadcast by the BBC as part of a natural history documentary.
First? From what I've seen, I thought Hollywood was run by them for years.

Or maybe that's baboons.

Baboons? Please! The American film industry hires only the finest blue-bottomed macaques. Straight out of film school. Each one shaved, certified free of external parasites, and equipped with a leather-bound set of the Post-Modernist Encyclopedia and Marx for Dummies. And one of those pillbox hats with the elastic chin-strap. Because you can't have a blue-bottomed macaque without a pillbox hat, can you?
