I actually read the whole thing. Took me a minute to realize that "implacable enemies, thugs, scoundrels!, who accuse Hussein Husseinovich of making it his custom to kill grannies!" referred to members of the Republican Party, and not say, to the greasy Persian dwarf with the nuclear ambitions. Or that pockmarked Venezuelan toad. Not that the Rs are much to be proud of, but there are actually real enemies out there, and not just political ones.
But, even the rabid leftie senses something vaguely not right. Baby steps, I suppose...
