I don't know where this is, I have no desire to know where this is, and I have no intention of finding out because there is no bloody way I'm going anywhere near it.
Looks like a "Via Ferrata" or steel rope way. You find several on the Swiss/Italian border. In the Bernese Oberland near Kandersteg there is quite a good one and VERY SAFE as it is used by the International Scout Centre. Persoanlly, I'll stick to ice climbing and sailing (not at the same time) Michael.
