Nothing to See Here

Police carried out an anti-terrorist raid on a suspected bomb factory in the Forest Gate area of east London in which a 23-year old man was shot and another man taken into custody.

Understandably, the police are reluctant to give out details about the suspects, pending investigation, but the willful lack of curiousity on the part of the BBC, Reuters, AP, The New York Times, The Grauniad, and ABC News about little details such as, for example, the religion of the suspects at a time when we are at war with Islamists is far more telling.

Update: According to Sky News, police suspect that this was, in fact, a chemical weapons factory.
