CAMRA rejoices

Drinking this is like making love in a canoe
BBC headline:
Has Britain fallen out of love with lager?
One can only hope so.  A true sign of Britain's recovery will be the banishment of this undrinkable muck back to its continental lair.  I remember as a young lad going into the Vaults at Stony Stratford and one of my friends asking the barman if he had any lager only to be told, "Yeah, we keep it under the bar for the women and kids, but don't tell anyone."

Lager is the same for beer as what powdered juice is for soft drinks:

To be imbibed as cold as possible to hide any possible hints of taste.

There are several reasons to visit Belgium:

Trappist, golden ale, kwak, lambic, framboise, abdijbier, blonde ale, brown ale, dubbel, Flemish red, bruin, stout, trippel, witbier and saison.

Not Stella Artois, though.

Pilsner Urquell is a lager.

Hm, that's all I can think of.
