World's scariest job

This isn't a job; it's a recurring nightmare.

Ow.

I had to stop at 1:55, as my vertigo was kicking in.

Airplanes do not bother me (I took pilot raining once in my misspent youth). And I have done a fair amount of rock-climbing over the years (job related).

But this? No, thank you.

Anyone who can do it at all, let alone regularly, has my respect. And the same goes for steelworkers who build high-rises. Plus electrical line workers who work nearer the ground- who are still getting up-close-and-personal with voltages and amperages high enough to impersonate a lightning strike.

With all such specialists, if you listen just right, you can hear large, brazen ones clanging as they approach.

And the amazing thing is, they're so casual about it. To them, it's just what they do for a living. Never mind that they are risking their lives to build and maintain vital parts of our civilization. And doing it every single working day.

Heroes rarely perceive themselves as such.

cheers

What tools is he going to need?
Rather than carry them up AND down why not just leave a set at the 98% level?

I'd think even the highest quality
wrench set would be less than $500.

Lets also not forget the nerds who slave in their cubicles nurished by Cheetos and Diet Pepsi who allow us to live as if it were the 23rd century.
