The SuperSmoker is an electronic cigarette intended to give a smoker a fix without the actual smoke.It'll be interesting to find out what the Mrs. Grundys of the anti-smoking branch of Ingsoc make of this one, seeing as there is no so-called secondhand smoke involved and therefore the current bans can't possibly apply. I'm no fan of coffin nails (I'm a cigar man, myself), but anything that puts the thumb in the eye of the Neopuritans who want to suck all the joy out of life is fine by me.

That's actually an inspired idea. I love the way that no matter what the control folk come up with in the way of restrictions someone will always think of a workaround.
Very similar to the "green" people, the more regulations they put on real energy sources the more genuine alternates that pop up, like that uranium hydride battery system.
Just put a problem in front of some people and they will see it as an opportunity.
Can't wait to see what the reaction to this gadget will be.
