Our Missing Man in Havana

According to Roberto Fernandez Retamar, Cuban government official:
They (the U.S. government) had not expected that a peaceful succession was possible. A peaceful succession has taken place in Cuba.
Fidel's brother has been incommunicado since he "temporarily" took over power and even though we're assured that the still-unseen Maximum leader will live to be 160 we're now told that a "peaceful succession has taken place."

To quote Ash, "Yeah, and maybe I'm a Chinese jet pilot. "
