I usually don't comment on these posts, because it seems rude to try to make clever about somebody else's country making foolish decisions, but---isn't HM Navy already down to like, three sailors and a rubber raft? I mean, I'm glad we live in a time when all the countries in the world are friends and we've progressed beyond the need for pre-post-national atavisms like national borders. But still...
Apparently, the USN is following suit.
Strangely enough, I do not find myself reassured by this thought.
