Behold Nau's Living Roof: "A self-sustaining rooftop capsule". It's unusual feature is that instead of having separate rooms, itrotates so that the one room becomes a lounge, bedroom or office. It's an interesting design, though I can see some dissatisfaction as the tenants are subjected to periodic rains of paperclips, crisp wrappers, socks, and tea mugs.
I don't even want to think about what the loo is like.
