Hamburgers...of, well, now, actually.

What?  No fried egg?  Barbaric.
The Wall Street Journal looks at the 21st century hamburger.  I'll grant you that it looks better than the ones I used to buy from a bloke out of a box on Charing Cross Road after the pubs closed, but it also looks a bit expensive and might take longer to make than I have patience for.

On the plus side, I'd get to see the chef's head explode when I pour HP sauce on it.
