The head civil servant at the Ministry of Defence has been given a stern rebuke for likening soldiers fighting on the front line to “public sector workers”There's one job that no one will miss if she's sacked.

2. Stay on topic. A bit of straying and off-hand commenting is okay, but hijacking the discussion is right out.
