Not only should the little oik's case be thrown out, but he should be required to sit through a detailed five-hour lecture on the process of curing Parma hams.

Ah Parma Ham the mysterious substance that becomes NOT Parma Ham if it is sliced in the UK. Apparently under a bizarre (when are they not?) EU Soviet ruling Parma Ham is only Parma Ham if sliced there but NOT if you buy a joint and slice it here in the UK!
