Property of Britain and ONLY Britain.Both the British and French defence ministers have ruled out sharing aircraft carriers as "unrealistic". That's officialese for "barking mad".
The question remain, where did they get this uncharacteristic dose of common sense from and how can we get a great deal more?
Lord knows we need it.
