    I wonder...

    Did the control room IMPLY the existance
    of RADAR?

    David....

    There was a movie I saw years ago... (before I had cable?) and
    it showed German fighters WITH
    TELEVISION ON THE DASHBOARDS!!!

    The pilot would twist a knob and
    a fuzzy video of the Allied planes
    would come into focus so they could
    be pursued and shot down.

    I suppose those evil German scientists
    had invented RADAR but the movie
    budget didn't allow animation.

    (Supposeidly RADAR was predicted
    by Science Fiction, but I dodn't
    know how it was imangined. One pulp cover showed it as XRays!)

    Of course, I don't know the name of the movie, and have no way
    to look it up at IMDB or Google.
    Could it have been a serial?
