In a burst of actually taking energy policy seriously, Sweden embraces nuclear power. The legislation only allows Sweden's ten reactors to be replaced and no more to be built, but I don't see anything in the report to indicate that there's any limit in the type or size of the reactors, so Sweden could well be hitting the 80 percent mark on nuclear generating capacity in twenty years.Socialism leaves a nasty hangover, but that does cause some focus to reappear.
