Radio days

At the moment I'm on one of my rare visits to Seattle. In a way, I'm lucky because I only have to go to Seattle instead of Vancouver, Canada. I'm sitting in the Green Room of the local NPR radio station because CBC Radio's Main Ingredient prgramme wants to do an interview with me about future food and so it's the long trek to a proper studio with proper sound equipment.

Free coffee & wifi, so things could be worse.

I could be doing the interview over Skype like I did for Hungarian television a couple of years ago, which is "fun" over a satellite connection.

If I find out when it's airing, I'll post the appropriate update.

1. No profanity. I maintain the pretense that this is a family-friendly site.

2. Stay on topic. A bit of straying and off-hand commenting is okay, but hijacking the discussion is right out.

3. No ad hominem attacks. Attack the subject, not the other person on the thread and keep the discussion civil.

4. No spamming or commercial endorsements. These get deleted immediately.

Tip: Beware of putting hyperlinks in your comments–especially at the end. For some reason, Blogger interprets these as spam.
