Ken Holder is a man in a unique situation. He's the owner and sole full-time employee of City Cycle Couriers in Plymouth and holds a licence to deliver regular mail on his bicycle.Given that Britain is facing a three-day postal strike, this means that Mr Holder will either corner the national market or be found dead of a heart attack at a roundabout outside Huddersfield sometime tomorrow noon.
