Another nail

Courtesy of the nanny state once again sticking its oar in where it's not wanted: Good bye, the traditional pint glass; hello, plastic.

PLASTIC!?!

  1. Well, it makes sense, doesn't it? I mean, plastic glasses are made of 80% recycled polar bears, and release smelly aerosols into the air when they're manufactured. So this will, um... both limit the number of white-colored northern predators (thus boosting the numbers of Eskimos and Canadians, their natural prey)... and uh, let in some healthy UV light for making vitamin D with? Or am I hitting the wrong bits of PC nonsense?

Really, sometimes it seems that these people are just having fun messing with people's minds.
