Actually, it doesn't look like it would need a ton of cleaning. The toaster bit undoubtedly has a crumb tray, the coffee is that wretched (but simple) pod design and the only bit that might require a periodic clean would be the juice reservoir, which a simple baking soda and water flush would do nicely.
