Sorry, Dear David but you have no masters in Brussels... not until you switch to the Euro, the Schuko plug, the right hand drive and not until you stop getting all the good of the EU, without paying the price for it. Sorry, but UK is not yet a full member of the EU, so no masters in Brussels to rule your life. Be sure you'll be free to play your bagpipes at your heart content, as long as you stay on your side of the channel... sorry, but this is how it goes, like it or not.
