ReplyDeleteLooks like a "Via Ferrata" or steel rope way. You find several on the Swiss/Italian border. In the Bernese Oberland near Kandersteg there is quite a good one and VERY SAFE as it is used by the International Scout Centre. Persoanlly, I'll stick to ice climbing and sailing (not at the same time)
