Local councils in Britain are complaining that there are so few resources available to deal with potholes that it would take 11 years to just fill in those in England and Wales.Maybe if the councils paid more attention to providing basic services and catching criminals and less to social engineering the inhabitants and managing spineless police bureaucracies that worship political orthodoxy over justice, then they might be able to do their jobs properly.
