As If It Was Any Of Their Businees To Start With


The Eurocrats have announced that they've given up trying to force the metric system down the throats of the British people.

One word:

RESULT!

    *sputters* "The Metric System is the tool of the Devil! My car gets forty rods to the hog's head, and that's the way I likes it!"

    Thank you. FYI, I am neither pro nor anti imperial measures; it's just that being young, I understand the Metric system much more and so that is my default stance. Still, a victory for the UK, etc etc.

    Honestly, the metric system's fine, even if it came about through the French Revolution.

    To each his own is my policy; I just hates it when little statists try to ram something down people's throats...legislation, boots, and so on.
