Global warming (the 21st century's answer to nuclear testing) has been blamed for everything from hurricane Katrina to breeding cats, but it takes some real artistry to finger it for vampire moths.

    Global warming my aching arse. I dunno about the rest of the country, but southeastern Massachusetts is enjoying balmy fifty-degree weather for a week now....in June!

    I've broken out my leather jacket, even.
