It turns out that Neil Armstrong really did say "That's one small step for
a man" as he always insisted. Computer analysis has revealed that a burst of static obliterated the "a" to produce the famous quote that back on that historic day in 1969 had the entire world exclaiming "What the hell is he talking about?"
