Good news from the People's Paradise of Zimbabwe. You may be living under a racist dictator who slaughters his opponents, seizes farmland without compensation, drives people out of their homes, rigs elections, blasts the economy to ruins and turns the breadbasket of Africa into a pit of famine, but now, as a blow against colonialism and sanity, you can legally practice witchcraft.
For years, Zimbabwe under Robert Mugabe's tyranny seemed as if it was sliding into the dark ages. Now the words "seems as if" can be taken out of that sentence.
