This is becoming almost routinee. The Chechen
rebel Jihadist leader Abdul-Khalim Saydullayev was killed by Russian security forces today. This has been hailed as a major setback for the terrorists, though the BBC still hasn't figured out a way to turn it into bad news for Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair.
