Boffin Shortage

Tony Blair may have finally seen the light and realised that Britain is going to need nuclear power plants, and lots of them, if the country is going to fill its energy needs, but he is also learning the hard lesson that ignoring a vital technology for a generation can lead to unforeseen consequences.
