ReplyDeleteI assume the clear plastic tent is to keep the rain off the cardboard. Otherwise, given a spot of typical Kiwi weather, things could get a bit sloppy in the structural integrity department.
As for it being "temporary", I don't consider a designed lifespan of 20 years in that category, especially where edifices and government intersection with churches are concerned. Few things are more permanent than anything announced as "temporary".
I'm tempted to make a joke about a house of cards, but I'll leave that to those better-qualified in the humor department.
