Bedbunker

Having a gun safe built into your bed certainly has its advantages, but I can see a few drawbacks as well:

  • Getting to your weapons quickly may be difficult when it involves lifting a box spring
  • Flipping the mattress is hell
  • Carl the Cattle Dog now has nowhere to hide when life gets to be too much for him.

  1. I don't see this as a practical gun safe for a lot of reasons, emergency access being only one. However, built into a conference table with a sliding top, it could be a useful storage place for sensitive materials (or your incredibly-valuable Furby collection) in the last place anybody would look.

Or at least, anybody who has never seen a James Bond movie.

Oh forget it. The whole idea is daft. Like the guy with the transparent dress, this bunch needs to go to work at Yanko Design.

    cheers
