    So almost exactly like that one episode of Futurama. The one where Fry is committed to a robot insane asylum and they won't let him out until he thinks he's a robot. And then he goes looking for his purpose and why he was built and stuff.

    Only, you know, the exact opposite of that.

    Sergej, I guess those Futurama writers cut their teeth on '70s science fiction.

    David, thanks for posting the link to your site! I've wanted to watch it again since I saw a re-run on TV when I was a tyke. Those dirty so-and-sos (some of the great "they") never did transfer the pilot to DVD - What fun to see it again!
