    Yet another reason I often wish I was born in 1908 instead of 1958.

    I could have been looking forward to all this, instead of back at it. ;-)

    Of course, the solar intake would probably be insufficient to the necessary final yield for the job, but it's no sillier than most "solar power" plans of today, in that respect.

    It detonated ammunition several miles away.
    even matches.

    A character said war would go back to calvary with sabers.
