Pretty much, da. "Movies of doubtful quality, and made a long time ago." Stephan's (Russian Mike's) friends are the mutants/diversionists Fidel and Ketchup. Looks like they even ripped off the format with the silhouettes in the lower righthand corner.

Would be great if we could get English subtitles. I imagine they have a much better (as in worse) quality of movies to work with.
