Presenting Institute for State Effectiveness won't be able to face their own families, much less the general public.

Presenting Clare Lockhart; an overlooked gem of a political satirist who has a gift for capturing perfectly the opaque, jargon-ridden, intellectually-vapid prose of the terminally-insipid quango inmate. How she is able to write a 14 paragraph essay that skewers the amoral, clueless nature of such pompous, self-serving prigs without succumbing to the temptation to throw off the mask and deliver a punchline shows a mastery of subtle parody exceeded only by the late, great Peter Simple.
