2.3 kW is hardly enough to boil water for tea.Solution: hamsters. NASA can send up one breeding pair and some kind of light-weight IKEA-style components to build hamster wheels for the progeny. The rest should take care of itself. Unless they forget to also send the Allen wrench.
On the other hand, its enough to keep a six pack cold and the sat link for the Yankee/Mets game going.
